Oracle OpenWorld 2010

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything round these parts. Somehow I managed to convince the powers that be at Oracle to give me yet another bloggers ticket. This is the third OpenWorld show I’ve been to. I suspect this one is going to be bigger than ever.

So I departed London Heathrow on a somewhat chilly Saturday morning and arrived some 12 hours later in a rather nice and toasty sunny San Francisco. Java One promotional posters seem to abound this year. Union Square is buzzin with the sound of what @oraclenerd tweeted is like 12 wedding parties.

Have even managed to checkin/register with a text message.
